All of us have learnt at school about Pendulum. And all we also know that, pendulum will stop by air, friction
Pendulum of Clock is energized by battery to refill lost power by air and friction.
Suddenly, today i think of (permanent) magnet rod can refill those lost power? If so, pendulum will run forever?! At least when magnet lost magnetic character.

All of us also know: there is no free meal! ~ there is no free energy or no engine can run forever

However, i would like to try this model some days to see how it goes.
