Level sensor is used to detect level of tank liquid.
Level of liquid will raise the float to its level and turn on switch inside
So, what is inside of level sensor? How it is made?
1. The head
This section includes flange for installation, terminal for wiring
2. The Float
The float to turn on Reed switch inside of Level sensor. This float contains magnetic rod, which will activate Reed switch when they are near together
3. Reed switch
Reed switch is inside level sensor. This switch will close when magnetic is near, and open when magnetic is far
In sumary, principle of Level sensor
1. Level sensor contact will open when magnetic float is far away from Reed switch
2. Level sensor contact will close when magnetic float is near to Reed switch
